Having served as a board member of our condo corporation for nearly five years, I had the privilege of working closely with Andrejs Management Company — and more specifically, with our property manager, Branka. Ever since my building has started working with this management company, I only have great things to say. They are quick to answer questions and to give information, they are open to, and encourage, feedback from the board and they are very focused on creating the right fit between management personnel and buildings. They respond to issues of concern and work collaboratively to solving problems but will still take over when necessary.

Our current PM, Lusinda Bilali, is a joy to work with. Probably one of my most favourite and most appreciated characteristic of hers is that she doesn’t put on airs with what she knows and doesn’t know. She’s eager to learn just as much as she’s eager share her knowledge and is always considerate in how she speaks and what she says. I’m greatly appreciative of her presence in our building.

As a member of the Board at a property managed by this company, I would like to recognize two individuals who consistently provide outstanding service. Michael Wright has always been responsive and solution-oriented. Whenever an issue has been brought to his attention, he has followed up and worked toward a resolution. His professionalism and commitment to addressing concerns are greatly appreciated.

I would also like to recognize Alba, our Property Manager, who is a pleasure to work with. She takes ownership of her responsibilities and always puts the best interests of the community first. Alba is proactive in sourcing multiple vendors to ensure the community receives quality service at the best possible cost, helping to keep maintenance expenses under control.

What stands out most is her dedication to the property. When she is on-site, she takes the time to walk the grounds and ensure everything is in order. She is approachable, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the community.

Michael and Alba are both valuable assets and their hard work and dedication make a positive difference in our community. Thank you for your excellent service.

Michael's team is incredible responsive and professional. Any question or maintenance request they have handled quickly and efficiently. They also keep the property in excellent condition by scheduling regular maintenance so everything is always in great shape.

Andrejs Management has now been our property manager at 101 Prudential for just over six months. They have done a fantastic job on fixing the rats nest that was left behind by the previous management company.

It’s nice to have a management company that you can trust and fully count on without all the smoke and mirrors like the last property management did. I am an owner in 80 Absolute Avenue, Mississauga. ON. The company that currently manage the building is Andrej’s Management. This company took over from First Service Residential and doing a fantastic job.

The management under the direction of Artur Haxhiu covers every area, in managing the building with the highest standards. They select the best trades after consulting with Board members and hire the most capable, after the bidding process.

They are very transparent and accountable in managing the building. What I observed that the management on site is very friendly, listens to owners and work diligently to make the Condominium a safe and comfortable place for all occupants.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I have to give them the 10 and nothing less, for looking after the place to the benefit of all owners.

Our building switched to Andrejs from another management company last year. Our former company was AWFUL, and the difference between the former company and Andrejs is night and day!

The staff (our manager and the admin) are all incredibly attentive and professional, and I feel like we get a lot more communication from them than we did with the old company.

I've noticed some really positive changes in the building, including cleaning improvements and improvements in security. Andrejs has been excellent so far! I highly recommend them.
